4 cups cooked pasta 2 cups frozen vegetables (not thawed) 1 can tuna, drained 1 can mushroom soup 1 cup grated cheese 1 1/2 cup french fried onions (optional) 1/2 cup minced onion (optional) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. pepper 3/4 tsp. italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional) dash of red pepper sauce (optional) 1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Add frozen vegetables for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain. 2. Add all other ingredients to pasta in pot. Mix well. 3. Turn into 8" x 8" baking dish. 4. Bake, uncovered, in 450 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with a green salad. VARIATIONS: * Use fresh chopped vegetables in place of the frozen vegetables. * Add a 1/2 cup of crisp kernel corn. * We add 1 minced onion instead of french fried onions if we don't have any on hand. * We add 6 cloves of garlic...no vampires here! HINTS: * You won't believe how tasty this is...even if you don't like tuna, give it a try! Doesn't taste very fishy. * Healthy, quick and economical!

hahaha. When I was a kid I remember we got a new kitten and my sister was holding it in the car. It kept sniffing at my sisters junk and she asked my mom why it kept doing it, and my mom said "probably because it smells like tuna down there" lmao
