This rule is attached to a few other one's we have, but I decided to make it's own thread.
Some players have a NTC (No Trade Clause) applied to their contract. If you attempt to trade one of these players without PM'ing me to ask if he'll waive it, I will automatically reject the trade, and the player's morale will be jeopardized, so it's not good for anyone.
So it's very important before posting a trade, to check over the NTC list. PM me with the reasons why you think the player would accept being traded away from the team who put on paper, that they would never wanna do so. Sometimes they waive, sometimes they don't.
Some reason's why they might:
- Your team is having an awfull season, and you need to shake things up.
- The player is having poor season.
- He has a chance to play for a contender.
- He has a chance to play for his hometown .
Some reasons why they might not:
- Your team is having a great season.
- The player is having a great season.
- He just recently signed, or re-signed with your team.
- He is being offered to a re-building team, or a team that is struggling.
None of these example's are guarantee's being that every player has a different outlook on things, but just some basic guidelines to know what to expect from a player with a NTC.
