In this league any player who makes OVER 1,000,000 will have to go through waivers. RFA's are excluded. They do not have to go through waivers or re-entry waivers.
Once a player is claimed he may be placed in the minors, but if you want to recall him later, he must go through re-entry waivers, and the team waiving must pay half his salary for the remainder of the season if claimed.
If a player who has been waived and cleared once already and is in the minors during a trade, the new team may put him in their line up without placing him on re-entry waivers first.
When a player is placed on waivers, be sure to note whether or not you wish to buy out the player. A buy out does not go against your cap, it just means you do not want that player in your system anymore, and if he clears, he becomes a UFA. This rule helps get players with crappy contracts back into the league, instead of wasting away in the minors.
Waivers exist in the off season, but re-entry waivers do not. What this does is gives teams a chance to relieve cap space, but re-enter the player into their lineup later in the summer without the risk of losing him, if he wasn't originally claimed.
Waiver process will take 24 HOURS MAX!!!
So better stay active to see who's on the waiver wire!
The team who gets the player is the team lowest in the standings who claims the player. You cannot claim more than 1 player a day (24 hours)!

New rule!!! When waiving players, please post one player at a time if posting multiple guys. You post 3 dudes together, only one gets claimed, then the whole thread goes to claimed and the two who didnt get claimed get hard as fuck to find. Thanks.
